Bequita unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell on our online boutique to be free from defects of workmanship. We ask to please take into consideration that due to the nature of handmade items and working with organic textiles that slight variations may occur and do not affect the quality of our items, although if you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason you may return it.
We will gladly replace or refund any item that you're not completely happy with under the following limitations:
- Items must be returned within 15 days from date of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags, unworn and unused. If received otherwise, items will not be accepted for replacement, exchange or refund.
- Any sale items marked FINAL SALE in the item description and on your packing slip cannot be returned.
What to do if you changed your mind? For example:
- You decide you don't like the style, print or color.
- You decide you no longer want the item for whatever reason.
What to do if there was a mistake with your order? For example:
- Item shipped does not match the style, size or color/print you ordered.
- Item shipped is defective in workmanship.

After your return has been approved please place the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging or in your own suitable packaging and return to:

You are responsible for return shipping charges, although if your delivery address is within the domestic US we will ship your first replacement or exchange item(s) with no additional shipping charges. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking as Bequita is not responsible for any lost shipments.
If we made a mistake with your order, please use the pre-paid return label that was sent to your email. If for any reason you did not receive it, please email us at returns@bequita.com to request it be resent.
What to expect if you requested an replacement or exchange item(s):When your return is received, we will immediately process a new order for your replacement or exchange item(s). If your exchange is lesser the value of your original order, you will be refunded the difference and if your delivery address is within the domestic US we will ship your first replacement/exchange item(s) with no additional shipping charges.Please Note:In the event that your exchange is greater the value of your original order you will be issued a credit slip for your returned item(s) as well as a voucher code for complimentary standard shipping (domestic US only) so you may place your exchange order on our website as we do not store your credit card information.
What to expect if you requested a refund:When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item(s) will be credited back to your original form of payment as soon as our returns department has completed processing your return, this is usually within 2 weeks.
